Received my Yubikeys from Yubico last week. I was listening to the Security Now podcast and heard Steve Gibson telling about this product. I went direct to the website and ordered two.
I downloaded the C library and received the AES key from Simon Josefsson. Now I'm making my own verification server.
This way it's very easy to add strong authentication to our applications.

Hey Edwin - have you figured out a way to incorporate the Yubikey with OpenVPN. (Im a long time PC and Mac OpenVPN user and just ordered two Yubikeys for a client tracking site that I maintain - for the login)
thanks - Julian

I've been on vacation, and try to find some time to work on this. On the yubico forum there is a thread that looks like a good starting point: http://forum.yubico.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=89
